Delete Account

You can delete your Amy account and associated app data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Amy and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion.

This deactivates your login, stops app access, marks your profile records as deleted, clears push tokens, and queues associated app data for deletion or retention handling. Your authentication account is soft-deleted.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email care@amyapp.ai from the email address used for your Amy account with the subject Delete my Amy account.

Timing

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, dispute-resolution, or legal compliance, and those retention reasons will be disclosed to the user where applicable.
